Preferred Customer Agreement Terms and Conditions:

This Preferred Customer Contract is valid for a period of one (1) calendar year from the date of execution and may be terminated only by Appalachian Armory at its sole discretion.

If the preferred customer has elected a monthly payment option and is unable or unwilling to fulfill the payment obligation, the preferred customer must promptly notify Appalachian Armory to arrange an acceptable payment plan. Missed payments shall be due immediately and may be added to the following month's balance.

Regardless of contract status, the preferred customer agrees to remain financially responsible for the full annual dues for the calendar year and may be held legally liable for any unpaid amounts.

Failure to remit payment for two (2) consecutive months without prior notice to Appalachian Armory shall be deemed a breach of this agreement and may result in:

• Immediate termination of preferred      customer privileges,
• A permanent ban on future preferred      status eligibility, and
• Loss of access to preferred      customer exclusive pricing, with future purchases subject to full retail      pricing.

All sales of firearms, accessories, and ammunition are final and non-returnable under any circumstances.
